Food is okay, not great. It does satisfy the noodle craving but it just falls short of really good food. To start with the meat was chewy, and as for the veg I had a bowl of bok choy, cabbage and carrots with 1 piece of broccoli. I ordered the Mongolian but recieved black bean while it was still tasty it could have been better. I also ordered the laksa which was pretty good. 2 types of noodles, but lots of bok choy, carrots and 1 bit of Brocoli again to go with the usual Tofu and seafood and chicken, which was chewy as well. Unfortunately a bad experience this time round, ordered a combination fried rice, 1. food was a bit burnt (lots of black burnt bits throughout the bowl), 2. I did not order spicy but was given spicy so I called them to let them know about the issue, sadly was given a lecture by everyone of their staff members over the phone, they denied any fault and was very certain my claim was an impossible scenario and human errors never occur in their shop, they then passed me to another staff member who angrily blamed me for not eating spicy. Don’t tell me hurry up while I’m ordering from you. You’ve lost one loyal customer. Next time try being nice to ppl buying your food. I came here a 2nd time to give it another chance. But nope. Rude and saying they don’t want to take my order at 8:50pm. You still have 40 mins till closing… if you don’t plan on taking an order - then you should close up shop so no one can make an order.
