Very bad customer service provided by the Takanini Pizza Hut store Manager Atul I had gone on Wednesday 6th August 2025 at 2.30pm to pick up my pizza at the counter I had requested the The manager Atul that I was unable to put the free pizza validation code as it did nit accept my online he straight away said go away and come back tomorrow instead of assisting or checking what was wrong on the app and when U said I can’t do it he said that the Pizza Hut website problem its not his problem and he said if you want take the pizza or i can give you a refund I said give me the refund and I will try in front of you he said I have no time so I said give me refund back he said he can’t give refund back on my card as I paid on my card and would give cash only when U had paid with my credit card why I am not getting back on my card there was no apology or acknowledgement of the problem that the validation code was not accepted he did not say Sorry also in fact so rude and hope less customer service given as if he owns the Pizza hut I hope he should be given customer service training and should be removed from his job as lots of customers are going back home because of his rude behaviour and wrong attitude. Read morePlaced an order BEFORE 10pm (9.45pm to be exact). The system accepted my order. Went down to collect the order at 10pm, only to be told they do not accept orders after 9.30pm becuase they turn the ovens off. I was told the system shouldn't have accepted my order, got me to screenshot it and e-mail it to them, was told I'd get a response, which I haven't.
I was totally put out and had to then go elsewhere to get some food, when I could've just gone elsewhere in the first place.
The staff were not sympathetic and said it was my problem and there is a system error. I find it totally unacceptable to turn your ovens off at 9.30pm, when you close at 10pm. The staff showed no interest in trying to resolve this. I don't know what happened to the e-mail I sent in. If you don't accept orders after 9.30pm, the system should not allow it to go though and send me an order confirmation.
Will not be going back. I'd give you a zero star, but google needs at least 1 star. You have zero customer service, and shutting the ovens off half an hour before you close tells me you don't want...

Our driver forgot our drink & said that he would bring it after his deliveries i was all goods with it he even asked what we wanted as a side (it was around 6.30pm-7.15pm ish roughly could be after that time not sure). He didnt come over that same night, as it was too late. Tonight he came over & dropped off our drink & a side of chips all the while apologizing, i thought wow hes the first person ever who delivered our pizza & genuinely kept to his word.
