Terrible customer service. Brought to menu meals and went to pay. Their machine mis-operated charging me twice at almost $80 total. The assistant was outright rude and refused to help telling me to talk to the bank (bank couldn’t as both transactions show I authorised them - I told them this). The owner heard the altercation so came along and ended up taking my details promising to call me a couple of days later. Well 3 whole weeks later, they ring and say the money never came through on their end so they will not be giving me any money back. What a way to treat customers and more so make sure they don’t come back. They clearly will do only what’s right for them and their pocket, about time to go and do a Customer Service 101 course. I say do not visit - their machine might charge you twice without a refund and you’ll get free bad service! Expensive breekie...

Some of the best eggs bene and coffee I’ve ever had! I’m so glad I decided to try this place, I wouldn’t call it cozy and honestly based on the location and appearance from the outside I wasn’t inclined to go in.. however the food and coffee make up for it.

Recently took my daughter as its local and I like to support local. Sadly this place has taken a big dive! The decor is old and filthy. My scrambled eggs were microwaved and sat under the lights for 5 minutes...they were grey and in edible so I sent them back. My daughter ordered the BLT which was tasty but cold.
