I cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am with the abysmal service provided by Domino's Mount Roskill in Auckland. This establishment has managed to exceed my expectations in all the wrong ways, leaving me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.

To add insult to injury, it has been a torturous hour since I placed my order, and guess what? I still haven't received a single pizza! The level of incompetence displayed by Domino's Mount Roskill is truly mind-boggling. If they can't even manage to deliver a simple order within a reasonable timeframe, they should seriously reconsider their ability to operate a food service business.

When I came in to the store in person to obtain the refund I was told that I would not be getting a refund as the cashier did not have the authority to do so.
I was given a raft of excuses as to why my order was wrong 3 times in the last month. "We were busy" and "these things happen" is not acceptable when it happens this frequently.
I will not be returning to this store and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid it as well.
