Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

Arrived instore with my 2 kids, at 4.59pm, to pick up my order (which was to be ready by 5.05pm). The guy at the counter took my name and payment and said nothing else. So my children and I (who were the only 1s in the store) shuffled to the side and proceeded to wait patiently. By 5.11pm, my children were becoming impatient and the store began to fill up. By 5.18pm, I looked towards the oven and none of my pizzas seemed to be in it. At this point, my patience had run thin and so I asked the lady at the counter if she could check to see if my order would be ready any time soon... My order had been sitting in the warmer since before I had stepped foot in the bloody place coz it had been the same 3 pizzas, on the same shelf since I arrived there. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & HORRIBLE service!!! I should have asked for my money back because they were so quick to take it but so slow to give what i had paid for. DO NOT waste your hard earned...

Decided to order pizza for the family tonight only to be let down with an incomplete order than the delivery driver said no its right than I asked for my reciept and he saw that I was right than he apologised and goes back to store to get my missing pizza and returns with a cold pizza. After this point I was upset that I called the store to get some questions answered, I asked him was he the manager than spoke to him stating about my issues to which he wasn't interested in hearing me like he was talking very fast and just wanting to jump off the phone. I than stated to him well what do I get from this after I paid the money to receive an incomplete order than get given the pizza that was missing cold. He said with the next order he will give me something BUT why would I order from somewhere that really didn't want to listen to me in the first place...

I recently visited Pizza Hut at 570 Hillsborough Road and had the pleasure of being assisted by Navin. I requested an extra spicy Hot & Spicy Veggie pizza, and I must say, Navin nailed it perfectly! The pizza was just the right level of spice and tasted amazing – exactly as I had imagined.

What really stood out was Navin’s helpful and understanding nature. He took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my order, offering great recommendations and genuinely listening to what I wanted. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service, and it’s clear that Navin goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
