Today.. I got accused of using a fake $20 note by not 1 but 2 of your employees. I went to pay for my food and as soon as I gave my money the worker started looking at my note, she told me to wait so she could get a second opinion from another worker to see if it were fake.. I got another 2 notes out from my pocket and compared the one i had already handed over and the looked identical and felt identical. They then proceeded to take multiple notes out of the register yo compare the notes I had given, one of the workers then stated "oh, because we're not accepting cash today" trying to back track cause they knew they were wrong. Now, I'd be the last to play victim and this may be the last time I'd say this, but I felt like they only did this because of the way I look and dress. The most embarrassing customer service exchange I'd ever been apart of. Your workers need to be 100% sure anything is fake before making a scene like that, and no... the notes I have aren't fake and spent it at another place without problem. Will not be going here ever again and will make sure to tell anyone of my experience...
Read moreBeing a Subway family our teens enjoy any opportunity to grab a quick bite - Our usual fave, a footlong Chicken Classic toasted on Wheat Bread🙌 Whilst the food is guaranteed to be delicious what was disappointing here was the 2 ladies serving. Not sure if it was just that time of the day (1:30pm) but they certainly lacked smiles and clearly no idea about good customer care. Bright lipstick and No smiles🤷🏻♀️
When we get this kind of vibe we tend to just walk straight back out but decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately it didn’t improve and in fact got worse as they prepared our 3 Footlongs.
Whilst the store had a nice warm feel on entry, the only let down were these 2 staff members either not sure how to smile or just unfamiliar with good customer service. Please do better - also no idea about how to use the Reward dollars on our SubCard. If this isn’t posted nothing...
Read moreI went inside just to get a cup and was already willing to pay for it , and then this other Indian girl comes who can’t even speak English properly and was so rude lol , like almost getting so aggressive just to tell me how much a cup costs even though I said I already was willing to pay, what even is more shocking is when I asked her what name was she was só hesitant to tell me , her first response was ‘why u will write somewhere’ I already caught here at that point to be honest , but kept asking what her name was and she said ‘sandwich artist’ I’ve been to this subway Branch my whole life never had issues with anyone or anything but thanks to this ‘Indian’ girl who can’t even speak English Properly , has the audacity to have a tone with me , 0/5 for this subway now .
