The Warehouse Mt Roskill — Local services in Puketāpapa

I wish I could give 0star to this store and I been to warehouse Mt Roskill at around 8:30 pm today and we bought fan from there and some parts were faulty and missing in the packaging and me and my partner been to store and the fat white lady with glasses name was jordon on the counter and and we tried to explain the the issue and and she did not listen to us at all and refused to serve us and was being racist and start swearing on us and said I won’t be serving you and she start serving another white lady behind us and we tried to explain the issue to different staff members and no one listened us and start laughing and other lady said go ahead and start complaining who ever we wants to nothing is going to happen her as this is her country and she is white and I felt so embarrassed and started crying as she was kept swearing on us on the counter and other elderly customer stood up for us and said she spoke other customers as well so badly and it happened to her as well in the past and she put complaint last time but no one did anything . She said she should get fired to this behaviour and we kept asking for manager and no one came in and listened to us and we tried to explain other white girl on the door and she said she can’t do anything. We kept waiting there and no one served us finally one lady came in her name was Natasha and she served us and i tried to explain the issue and I got emotional in the store and and cried as I felt so disrespectful and small and she said she will pass the feedback. I finally left from this store and other l staff Jordon kept staring at her and mocking us. I was loyal customer and it’s been my 11th year with this warehouse but today I felt so heartbroken and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR AND RACIST...

I usually like going to the Warehouse. Great deals, people, etc.. But not here. Mt Roskill is now officially the worst Warehouse I have ever been to. The queue to be served was huge. Only one person serving. The poor teller was scanning items and they were wrongly priced. The queues were getting longer and longer... What makes it worse is that there was 4 staff right near the tills (have a look on your security footage if you dont believe me. I'll give you the time). One was asking staff over the mic to help on the tills. Two were completely ignorant of the fact that it was backing up and continued what looked like flat out flirting with each other (hence showing no interest) and another staff member was just literally trying to ignore that the one young teller who was working was getting swamped. I asked for more help on the tills. Got ignored. Two other ladies asked if they could open more registers... ignored. My items scanned up with the wrong price as well and not one person would help. I gave up in the end and just left. As did others. Yes we get bargains but need the service as well. Bloody big fail. I hope your store...

Very disappointed with the customer service at The Warehouse Mt Roskill.

I visited the store today (28 July 2025) to exchange two rice cookers I had purchased from the same branch on 8 May 2025. Both had stopped working after light use, which was frustrating on its own. But what truly shocked me was the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the manager on duty, Natasha.

Instead of assisting me respectfully, Natasha spoke very rudely and accused me of “overusing” and “not cleaning” the cookers — which is completely untrue. I was calm and respectful the entire time, but she treated me in a condescending and dismissive way. I left the store feeling disrespected and humiliated.

This is not the kind of customer service anyone should experience. I expected better from The Warehouse. I hope management looks into this matter and improves the way customers are treated — especially by senior staff like...
