Here is my text message which was sent immediately as I walked back into my house after coming over to kindly ask your customers to be quiet as it is still a residential street and your patrons were outside making a lot of noise.

Please refrain from stating that I am having a temper tantrum as I explicitly asked your customers to be quite politely and you have refused to do anything about the previous complaint. The text message was sent at 10:24pm and it took me 1 minute to walk home so this was not “just after 10pm while you were closing”

In future I will continue to log evidence and record my encounters with yourselves or your customers to ensure that you are not able to manipulate the situation to victimise yourself.

We happend to visit Subi's desserts. What a hidden gem! How is this place nit famous yet??? The customer service is outstanding. They are very passionate about their product and for good reason! We were fortunate enough to be able to try ALL of their flavours and it was soo difficult to pick one or dven two favoura to have in that moment. We ended up picking three flavours ( malai, gulkand and Kesar Pista). The flavour offerings are AMAZING...you can actually taste the fruits and nuts in the icecream unlike other products where sugar and milk dominate the taste. Highly recommend visiting this place.
