Terrible way of treating specific people and mismanaged team I went there to pick up an uber delivery order as i am a driver and picking up for someone. Went there and asked for uber order, staff confused and looked over to the reciept printer and asked other staff to attend it. Then said wait and take the seat. I asked if i could order for myself as i thougt i will have a takeaway for me as well. Then she said yes, i ordered a crispy chicken burger by itself. I wanted to pay but eftpos was not showing anything but she said 3.90 pleases and left. I was just waiting to pay but nothing showing up then someone else asked me are you alright? Then i said yes i have ordered and want to pay. She was confused and said what would you like to order, i said i have already ordered that girl and want to pay. She stared at the other girl and again semi apologised and asked if i could order again. Which i did, they dont take paywave so i got card and paid. I asked how long was uber order going to take, she said just take a seat. I sat for another 8 to 9 minutes, meanwhile a lady and a little girl came ordered and toook their order and went out of the shop. After they left and couple of minutes they shouted "uber". I went up and took and it and asked what about my order. This was a third girl, i said i have ordered and paid. Then she replied what did you ordered which i replied to crispy chicken by itself then she said wont be long, went in and prepared the order. And gave to me, she chuked in fries as well as she has not seen the order and just made it as i said and didnt cared what i said. The scenario of the store is that there was noone inside the shop except me and maybee a car in drive thru. The whole situation made me feel i was treated different, either because of me being uber driver, or brown coloured, or mismanagement. Read moreFirstly customer service was rude, manager was taking our order and was taking drive through orders in his ear. So naturally was distracted, got our order wrong. Then we waited 30mins for our food, in a empty restaurant, while they focussed on uber and drive through. Would of been faster for us to drive through then come inside.
When we finally got our food, they forgot one of our burgers, a medium drink, and one of the chocolate frosty.
When we went back, to tell them they were rude again, saying it was already there, and that we didn't order it, when we showed them the receipt they raised their voice in a angry tone and said i know!!!
I know you get what you pay for, and I'm not expecting michellin star service or food. But a simple hello how are you with a smile, getting the order right, when my partners pregnant and cant eat mayo. Making sure the food is all there especially when you had 30mins to prepare it.
Basic customer service is non existent here! How on earth did u get the managers role, and how on earth are your staff gona learn if your leading by example?!

And one young member of staff dealt with a very difficult customer in a very polite and friendly manner, staying composed through the customers rude and quite abusive tone and manner. But my complaint is to do with changing your drink to water when ordering a combo. I upgraded my meal to a large and changed the drink to a water and assumed I would be given a bottle of pump. But instead I received a large drink cup of room temperature water with ice cubes in it. I asked why am I not receiving a bottle of Pump and was told I would need to pay a further $2.50 if I want a bottle. At McDonald's you don't need to pay additional and I think its the same at BK. The cup of water, stunk from a detergent or something in the sink where it was filled from. Completely undrinkable. I told staff about the water, they apologized and gave me a replacement drink of Raspberry Fanta which I accepted and planned to drink on the way home.
