Domino's Pizza Helensville — Restaurant in Rodney

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had with Domino's hands down.

After ordering pick up on the app and getting no notification, I checked my account to make sure the money had come out (it had) so I waited 20mins and drove down to the shop.

Here I was told that the order never came through and I must have ordered something they don't have which is why the order never went through, as frustrating as that was they assured me the money would just go back in my account overnight and I would need to order in store, I started to place my order and was informed I couldn't get the same deal and would have to pay more as I was ordering in store, it wad at this point I left and went to the pizza shop down the road.

The woman working was just plain rude and said it happens all the time as if that were an excuse.

Definitely do not recommend Helensville Domino's, it's much more expensive than other Domino's and the customer service is...

Worst Domino's I've ever had, definitely won't ever be back! Pizza had nothing on it, was basically just sauce. Ordered online and waited in the car for 10mins only to be ignored in the store for another 10mins and then had to ask someone who had just started their shift how much longer I was going to waiting for for the order. By the time she found out from one of the other people in the store and gave me the order it was bloody stone cold which I didn't realise until getting home. Food is always cold even if collected before the collection time. Staff are extremely rude. On multiple occasions I have arrived and waited for at least 5 mins before I had to demand someone to serve me even though my order was in the heater and both staff were not too busy. They rarely have the deals available that are advertised online here and the food is generally disgusting.
