During my recent visit to what could easily be described as the best Burger King in the world, I had the delightful experience of indulging in not one, but two Creamy Cheeseburgers, accompanied by a refreshing Frozen Fanta. The absolute worst burger king food I have ever had. Went through the drive thru and orderer 2 double woppers with cheese, a double cheesburger, 10 chicken nuggets, another 6 extra chicken nuggets, onion rings and a medium fries. Whilst I was ordering the lady who took my order was really rude, waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Eventually when I left there with my order I went home to find that there were no fries. I didn’t have time and patience to go back and just left it. I then discovered hash bites in the bag which I never even ordered but I payed for it. Now is the best part of this review… I looked at my receipt and saw that it cost me $4 just to add cheese on the wopper burgers. Open the burgers just to find half a slice on the one burger and just one slice on the other. The patties were also dry. I’ve never left a burger half eaten. I've been disappointed in seeing how over the past months/year that Burger King here has been going downhill. I've seen many images going around of the mess you call "food." The inside is always dirty, the burgers aren't even made properly, and everything falls out, plus the food is always half cold. Staff have been very rude in the past, so I decided to use deliver easy instead, but even that was horrible and a waste of money, i have since not gone back. Was told that there was someone looking into this store to fix it, but the management won't do anything. I used to love their BK chicken burgers and the frozen watermelon slushies, but I don't even bother anymore. I will say I highly doubt if this "restaurant " will be around much longer because the way the staff and customer support treat their customers is gross.
