Look at your reviews calling you rude. I am not the only one. Your customer service needs improving. Argues on the phone about pizza oven temp. If THIS is your "automated" setting on "all" your pizzas then you have a problem. Overcooking dries the pizza out, it's very basic. We don't want to eat bits of charcoal with our pizza!! The way they speak to you if you ever have a problem is terrible and SO rude. I wont bother with the refund or pizza replacement as after the way I was spoken to I don't trust you one bit. You don't want to lose money re-making but you will lose more money in long term as ppl will stop coming back to you. Did you go to business school? Poor service first I tried to call them at 10 pm to place an order they didn’t answer the phone. Second time I called them at 10:13 they answer the phone and told me that they already closed, I inform them in your website and in google time shows closing time is 10:30pm. I got reply that they already closed. I remind then twice that it’s not far your website time and google time giving wrong information to the people but they don’t care it.
