Burger King Richmond — Restaurant in South Island

Frustrating visit. We had a 3 combo order and 3 coffee's. We were the only ones in line. there was some confusion about what burgers were sold out. The sign Said they were but in the end they weren't. The smoothie machine was out of order as well as the soft serve. Perhaps the are the same system. This aside I was happy with the order and what we received. However we stood in the store for 20 minutes to received our order. I don't know if you were under staffed or what the issue was. But seemed a rediculess amount of time for fast food. The one staff member serving us was so embarrassed I felt sorry for her. Fast food is a massive treat for my family but I'm hesitant in returning if that's the normal amount of time to wait...

I mean, it's a Burger King. You're not going there for fancy service or fancy food. What you're going there for is a quick bite to eat when you can't be bothered to try something new. This Burger King does it as well as any other and so I'll give it a 4 stars. I chose 4 instead of 3 because of the worker there called Cole, he goes above and beyond to make your order there special and he's probably the best thing about the place

Ate from them a few times to see if there had been an improvement. Ate multiple items such as all stunner meals, the Whopper, chicken burger and a whole lot of others only to get the same result. Every time my mum and I ate here, we would get diarrhoea and sick stomachs that would last up to 24 hours. The chips and burgers were always cold and the buns and meat were very chewy as if they had been stored. The onion rings taste like potato and the chips have no flavour. Everything tastes the same.
