Outstanding customer service! Yesterday I had made an order online. Despite being busy, the staff was extremely friendly, smily and chatty when I went to pick up my order at lunchtime. Once I got back to my office 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from a staff member saying that she had realised that she had made the wrong order for me. Luckily I'm not very fussy, so I didn't mind, but the staff member insisted that she would like to make it up to me by making the correct order for the following day at their expense. She even made sure that I was not allergic to anything in the burrito she had just made me.

Today I went In there at lunchtime again, and the staff member was extremely apologetic and had made another delicious burrito at their expense. I am very impressed by the fantastic customer service, and by how quick she was to acknowledge her mistake and own up to it by offering a free meal. This is a very professional way to own up to a mistake and put the customer first.

Further to this, she seemed very lovely and had even drawn a little smiley face and left a note on the order saying sorry. I would definitely recommend this place and I will for...

My husband and I recently purchased Zambrero Richmond, and while we haven't yet gained access to the Google page, we want to reach out to anyone who may have had a less-than-ideal experience with us in the past.
