Domino's Pizza Dunedin South — Restaurant in South Island

Ordered five pizza's at 4.50pm. Collected and brought home to find they were burnt to a crisp. Phoned and complained and were told that they would deliver replacements for free. They took our address for delivery. Waited nearly an hour and then phoned to find out how much longer they would be (three hungry primary aged kids). The manager came on the phone and said if we wanted the replacement pizza's we would have to collect but they had been sitting out for nearly an hour. He said that he would not be delivering them. So we could either drive back there and collect the cold pizza OR he would refund. He refused to give us the pizza for free even if we made the effort to drive back there. He was extremely rude, kept speaking over me and would not see it from the customers point of view. Would never go back here....

We ordered 4 pizza's, 2 x chips and 4 x donuts for my wife's Birthday. My son's girlfriend is celiac so no Gluten but the woman behind the counter didn't really care, just gave her a 'Who cares!' look when asked which pizzas were GF as no marking was ticked on the box. The Pizza's were crap, no filling, our meat lovers had 9 pieces of sausage and looked baron. the chips .... we had 48 and 42 chips in a 2 large boxes that were burnt, both boxes!!. We will NEVER go to Domino's South Dunedin again after that experience, Very disappointing. the girl should be fired, that was crap!! her attitude was what every business doesn't need. What an absolute disaster. I repeated my order 3 times to the guy on till and he couldn't process what I was trying to say.... a very basic order. Finally I get my pizzas and they're not what I ordered and no longer hot. I went back and let him know this and we couldnt wait for more and the pizzas couldnt be eatten due to the base sauce so I asked for some of my money back for the non eatable pizzas but he short changed me. I looked at him and couldnt even be bothered doing the calculations because I was that exhusted and walked out with next to know food and wandering what the heck. This is my 3rd regrettable visit to this shop and reminder why we go...
