Oh my goodness.. this was such a bad experience!! We had to be waiting for over an hour Atmosphere too busy due to slow service, people constantly complaining about how long they have been waiting and I don't blame them. "Fast food" my foot wth. When we finally got our order about 1h 20m after we initially ordered it, it turns out that they forgot to or didnt include a number of items from our order: A burger, drink and a chicken piece. Had to go back up to retrieve our unappearing items and goodness me we should have just stayed put because the burger was stone cold actually all of our burgers were, chicken was cold and extra slimy than it should have been and also the potato and gravy was cold and watery and unpleasant. The drinks were not at all accurate to how they should and have tasted before because they tasted like basically flavored water with no fizz. Renovation??? For what this was the most trashy experience I have ever had at any KFC. Save yourselves and do not come here!! TERRIBLE experience. And also my bum hurts from waiting so long they better be sorry i could go on for ages but this is all....
Read moreI really don't think it deserves any stars, this store is really not good. We hardly ever go there now and when we do we are always disappointed. Each time we do a drive through they always miss one or two things in our order. Also had a delivery done and they missed two items and it was half an hour late from delivery time. They never add seasoning to the fries, even when asking for extra seasoning they never do this. So you end up with tasteless fries with no seasoning. Really not happy with the service you get when you complain, they keep saying we will give you a store credit. This is a cover up for your lack of customer service and making sure you get all orders right first time. I work in customer service and this store needs further training around this and of course active listening. This store has really disappointed me and we only moved here a year ago, so even more disappointing these issues have still been going on and nothing long term as been actioned , so it never gest resolved with missing items and tasteless fries from orders. Read moreFor some reason KFC doesn't want customers in their stores because for sometime now they have decided that they only need one staff member on the front counter. This staff member not only takes the order but also packs it too. Meanwhile the line of customers on the other side of the counter gets bigger until its out the door and then people just drive passed without stopping. This is made worse if someone asks for a krusher. Meanwhile the two staff that are assigned to the drive thru look on while twiddling their thumbs. When you finally get your order there's a code on the receipt to give feedback, when you go to the link it comes up with a message saying that they want access to details on your phone, I don't think so .won't be going...
