Tandoori King Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in South Island

Just happened to see the review when i was casually checking across. Most of the negative reviews are from Indian clients - yes, I accept the fact that you are paying money and you expect that quality from the restaurant. But, at the same time - you might be aware that running a restaurant offshore from Indian soil and with the minimal availability of the resources and ingredients, it should be a tough task. I am not intruding your privacy about commenting on your bad experience but atleast instead of putting a bad review in a public forum - you can instead put it across to the concerned onwer on this so that they have a chance to rectify their mistake. If you had the same experience the next time - then the forum is yours. Sorry to say that this was the worst experience I had in my entire life. I had ordered 3 different kinds of food and was dining in the restaurant. But later decided to go home and finish the food later. The person who took our order was so rude and arrogant. We asked him to provide some takeaway containers to take the food home. Instead he decided to transfer everything to containers by himself. He took a container and mixed everything in it and gave it to me. What kind of food place mix 3 different kind of food in the same container and deliver it to the customer. Poor customer service at its peak. The owner need to learn more about food act 2014 and implement that in the store instead doing it just for council verification. Sorry, I hope the council will do justice to the customers with proper verifications...

I have ordered Chicken Biryani from this place ($18.5) which is not actually a biryani. Never mind, other than typical Hyderabadi restaurants no restaurant has proper biryani. But in this place, it was oily, literally leaking all over my bag by the time I took home. Taste is not even close to good. For the first time ever, I have come across a restaurant which does not serve Raitha ( flavored yogurt with spices) along with Biryani!!! That was really disappointing!! This shows that the management is not aware of how this dish is served! I'm sure other items would definitely taste better in this place (not sure though) but definitely...
