Pizza Hut Timaru — Restaurant in South Island

After our pizza was delivered, sat down with the family to dig in, upon opening the first pizza we realized that it was a bit shuffled but that's to be expected, we then opened the second pizza and the whole thing looked like it had been thrown round and folded in half so we were disgusted in the way it had been delivered. After calling 5 times somebody finally picked up and proceeded to insist that we return half eaten pizzas while arguing the fact that there was no claim to stand on as they had already been snacked on by a hungry family, until I mentioned that prior to partaking that I had taken a photo of the pizzas, and here is the photo that I'll share...

Absolutely terrible service !! 😠 First day out of lockdown my sister decided to order a pizza. She ordered 1x cheese pizza,1x chips and a garlic bread. This was ordered at 530pm and she got a confirmation email saying it will be delivered at 645! She waited untill 730pm still no delivery. Tried to call.. the calls don't go through and no one answers ! She drove down to the shop to be told at 745pm that her Pizza hasnt even been made. Didnt even get the delivery fee back. This is so unacceptable , pick up your service 🤦 I am never one to complain at all but this...

Quick and efficient service.. Whilst still practicing covid protocols.

They even bought the pizza to me whilst I was patiently waiting.

Way better service I have ever encountered in any of it'd Sister Restaurants in good old Christchurch.

Good 👍 on ya .. Timaru.. you managed to not only reignite my belief and passion in the Pizza hut brand..

But gave me back my love -affair with pizza 🍕 in general.

Warning ⚠️ ⚠️.. it's hot 🔥 🥵.. must blow on said food...
