I recently dined at the Vier Project and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The food was bland and lacked any real flavour, making for an uninspiring meal. Each dish I tried felt glutinous and heavy, lacking the lightness and finesse that I had hoped for.
I was particularly disappointed with the crispy noodle dish which was a missed opportunity to showcase fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Instead, it tasted like it had been prepared without any care or thought.
