Visited at lunchtime and told to sit wherever we wanted to. Young waitress delivered food and drinks menus to us. Ten minutes later, having sat and listened to three staff chat away to each other in the kitchen area, we decided we didn't want to disturb their clearly more important social time and left. During the time we were there, another couple entered the cafe and didn't even warrant a greeting. They seated themselves and are probably still waiting to be served! I came here for coffee last weekend and the homemade cakes were so good (try the carrot cake!) that I came back the next day for lunch. Excellent! If you want deliciously tasty (and healthy) food, please stop here! We had a lunch stop on the beautiful and so calm outside next to the garden, and were welcomed by the really friendly owner.
