My partner and I come here every Saturday morning and usually order the same dishes but unfortunately, this time my meal wasn’t like it usually is. My vegetable rosti was stone cold in the middle and burnt on the outside … with what looked/and tasted like some black residue from the pan? Some of the bacon was quite hard, and the egg was severelyy undercooked — unfortunately this resulted in me feeling quite nauseous and couldn’t finish my meal. Usually, the vegetable rosti is absolutely delicious — warm, full of flavour, and beautifully cooked — so this was a bit disappointing. The first few pics are from my dish today and the last pic is the same dish I ordered four weeks ago. We’ve really loved coming here every weekend, so it’s a shame this experience wasn’t up to the usual standard. I hope this feedback is helpful, but we probably wont be back as often.

Went in for brunch with others and the atmosphere was welcoming, there were a few gluten-free options in the food cabinet as well as they make substitutions on the menu, there is no set gluten-free menu so there is a risk of cross contamination. The staff was nice and especially one waitress who took our photo whom was very friendly. I ordered the bacon and eggs on toast (poached and switched to gf bread) was very delicious I enjoyed it a lot, as well a flat white coffee which was very nice.

Big breakfast, and it didn't disappoint same as the poached eggs the wife had those, coffee was good and hot. There was a good selection of food in the cabinet and some options on the black board as well. Staff were freindly and polite, would definitely go back when in the area.

"Life's too short to drink bad coffee" is their Motto here & they do it justice. Their fresh muffins are next level, the best I've had for a long time, &their eggs Benedict was tasty. They didn't mind a fussy customer who doesn't like hashbrowns asking for extra sourdough toast. Very hospitable. I almost took a star off for the 1980s music choice, but it would appeal to a wider audience I'm sure. This cafe makes me happy to consider moving to...
