Domino's Pizza Hawera — Restaurant in Taranaki

We do not order from Dominoes often because every time we do, something is wrong and they never seem to fix it.

Over the years we have had food arrive burnt, cold and inedible. We have had items missed then had to wait over an hour to have them delivered (was icecream so didn’t need to be cooked). We have been told we can have our whole order replaced for free yet when we asked about it a week later we were told they don’t do that. And this week I received a code for a free pizza as compensation for a burnt cold order and the code and reply from them has disappeared when I click the link in the email.

We are done with this store and will never order again. How you are still open, especially with two other pizza stores in a small town, is beyond me.

Regret even wasting my data on the order the food was absolutely appalling my Hawaiian pizza first came out with no cheese the first time and almost no cheese the second so got him to remake it i told him i didn’t want it and he replied with well chuck it out and went and made my pizza for the second time the churros were so dry they were like burnt cookies the guy shana i think thats how his name was spelt i understand English is his second language but asking him 5 times how much the churros were? Received my order late and cold. Not impressed after a long day at mahi. I didn't care it was late, I was just hungry and happy to receive, but when I sat down and tried... so disappointing 😞 stone cold. When I called i was offered another pizza. I wanted to return the food for my money back or a voucher for a pizza when i am hungry because my aptitude was gone. Domino's wanted to send a replacement pizza.
