Has potential, service from the young fella behind the counter was good fast and friendly, the coffee I enjoyed, unfortunately the kitchen let it down a little with the huge breakfast, over cooked, the poached eggs didn't run when cut into, the sausages were tough and chewy, I couldn't get a fork into the bacon or cut it let alone chew it, plus when I requested some sauce the only thing they offered was a homemade tomato relish, no chili or tomato sauces available.....on a side note and nothing to do with them or thier fault but some young guy came and sat at the table next to me snorting, snotty and sniffing loudly, started on speaker phone in Chinese and chewing loudly with his mouth open, gross and rude and off putting while trying to eat....I'll try again on a weekend perhaps in the hope of different cook? Food that tastes just as it looks, like a work of art! David and Apple run the show there and have been so consistent with the quality and creativity of their dishes. Nothing boring on the menu! and ever since we lived next door, they would tell us about the new dishes they were sampling which they proudly show on the menu today. If you are keen on the yummiest version eggs benedict meeting Asian fusion with crispy chicken and brioche (called China Dill) or coconut brioche French toast 😋 but they have also impressed us with amazing Spanish paella, saffron risotto and pulled pork tacos!
