Unfortunate
Been to this place 4 times have always ordered online. First two times it was great. The last two times have been ridiculous.
A couple of months ago I ordered online with my credit card. Received a confirmation and headed in to pick up the food. When we arrived and I said I had a pick up they had no idea until they checked the computer. They then tried to play it off and said it would be a couple of minutes. Half an hour later our food was ready. No apology just acted like nothing happened.
Tonight, ordered online but selected to pay by cash. Received confirmation and went in to pick up. Same thing, food not ready, staff had no idea. Once again they said “one minute” I said no how long will it actually take, then they started blaming the system. I told them to cancel the order and we went and spent our money elsewhere.
Think I will take my business elsewhere in the future, pretty unfortunate as the food is really good. But you can’t just lie to customers and not even apologise when...

Not only did they not offer a solution when I first rang, I had to wait for their manager to ring me...30 minutes later! When the manager did ring they denied any wrong doing, or offered for for me to drive down there with the butter chicken which I was not going to do, I ordered it delivery for a reason. Read moreI ordered a family pack today, but I am disappointed with the quality of the food. I had ordered the same pack two days ago, and it was good. However, today's family pack did not have any small fried red chicken on top of the biryani, and it lacked taste. When I called to inquire about the same family pack, they confirmed it was available, but once I opened the pack, I was disappointed because the kids were waiting to eat the red fried chicken. This is not the first time this has happened. It would be great if you could maintain consistent food taste and the quality.
