Kittyhawk Cafe — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

There are not many choices around that area. This one is a place packed with all the things needed. Big spacious, good variety menu, fast food preparation, good coffee and beer. Extra point for dedicated play area to relief parents with kids. I only gave three stars because of the following: -Their phone never works, so hard to check if they open during public holiday. -During weekday they only open from 12noon, including public holiday. This is not very covinient hours, especially you try to be a kid...

Wow! The food was exceptional, paua & prawn toast was devine, pizza thin and crispy yummy and salmon salad fab. Some of the best food we have had in Auckland. Pat chose our wine for us and it was spectacular and the wonderful cocktail made by Emanuel (Smokey whiskey sour) was as good as it comes. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and great staff. Prices very reasonable for Auckland....

A worthy sojourn on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Kittyhawk proved to be the ideal place to refect in anticipation of an evening meal.
