Wonderful sourdough & great coffee despite horrible experience. Went to order & was not greeted with a friendly or chirpy attitude from the young girl at the till although everyone else was. She began talking to the barista about something that could’ve waited until after I ordered but no, I was made to wait for her to finish her conversation so she could enter the amount for me to pay. I was not asked for my name for the coffee although everyone else was. I sat & watched six people who ordered after me get theirs before mine. Went up to ask the barista where my drink was, only to catch a sly smirk from the silly till girl who obviously (what would be considered a mistake but seemed intentional) caused the mishap by not writing my order down for the barista to see. Got an apology and amazing coffee from barista but no apology from silly till girl who has no professional customer service or attitude that reflects the quality of this bakery. Selective with who she represents herself well to & knew exactly how to spoil great...

Owner should hire only servers who practice basic health and safety standards. Blonde lady who served today used her bare hands to get pastry from the counter and chucked into paper bag! No thongs nor napkin to hold pastry. Was even rude when asked. Seems pissed a customer had interrupted her chat with the barista. Lady, you're serving paying customers. What a let down! I pass this place once a week, I thought...

Best coffee in the wider Hobsonville area. The soy milk doesn't even taste like soy. The milk is a perfect temperature and velvet like. The espresso shot is perfectly done, a nice rich caramel appearance.

And finally, the only way to top off any good coffee stop, the service is top notch. Welcoming, friendly and down to earth!
