Stunningly overpriced pizzas that definitely aren't worth what you're going to pay for them. When you order a $27 "large" pizza, I imagine most people are going to expect a "larger than normal" pizza box with a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth well-seasoned pizza inside—don't get your hopes up. Their "large" pizzas check out at barely 10 inches wide (burnt edges included); and fit in your standard, regular-sized pizza box. I literally had to do a double-take on pickup and ask the FOH staff member if these were large. They were. So who knows what they think a regular-sized pizza looks like? If they were _actually decent_ pizzas, maybe I wouldn't be so incensed. But these _weren't even that great_, with over-burnt edges contributing a nasty, acrid flavour; and overall they were rather dry and bready. All in all, we paid $54 for two burnt, average-sized pizzas. Hard pass. I suggest others don't make the same mistake we made.

What a gem of a find this restaurant is!! There’s just a handful of places to eat and things to do in Clyde (which is the great thing about it, I think!), and Paulina’s is the name everyone comes up with them you ask for a recommendation. And rightly so! We had the rib eye and the lamb shank and I can safely say it was fantastic! Lives up to its location in wine country. Great staff (from Uruguay and Argentina) who are always there to help or chat! A definite recommendation!!

We had the recommendation. Empanadas as starters and as main the lamb and rib eye steaks. Both were cooked to perfection. Well seasoned and fresh ingredients. Simple but tasty. We would definitely come back. If we were pressed to find a downside it would be the dullness of the knives but the meat was so tender we managed to eat them despite that.

What a fantastic dinner experience. I am not one for long reviews but Paulina's was above and beyond the food and the wonderful service inspired the below. If you enjoy food. This is for you.

The restaurant was very quite on arrival (17:30pm )as we arrived for an early dinner with a 4 year old. To be greeted to a warm and welcoming environment. A Peruvian styled menu that has a kids menu available. The food was phenomenal. We decided to try the Crispy Squid and the Tempura Prawn starters. Both were excellent, the squid had a wonderful spice to it that left the palate dancing and wishing for more while the prawns melted in your mouth with a batter that was light as a cloud. Wow. By this stage the restaurant had filled up and it was bookings only. So definitely book if your don't want to be disappointed as they even had top turn folks away as all tables were full. The mains arrived and we had ordered the wood roasted Lamb Rump and the Pork Belly with Roast potatoes. Both of these were flavour explosions. The Lamb was probably the more complex dish of the two combining a wonderful smoky flavour with a beautiful fresh selection of vegetables and goats cheese all combining together to create an explosive flavour combination. The Pork on the other hand was a beautiful rich dish with melt in your mouth pork and and apple slaw that helped cut through the richness. Each beautiful piece of pork belly had a perfect piece of crackling on top and then to top it off some beautiful and crispy baked potatoes. Divine. The food up to this point was impeccable and wonderful, so much so that we even decided to try the desserts. We ordered the Peruvian Flan and the dark chocolate mousse with dulche deleche cheesecake. Both were smashing and a perfect end to a wonderful dinner experience. In summary Paulina's is a fantastic choice for dinner with wonderful service and friendly staff wrapped up in a menu that will leave you asking for or...

I Come here often the Blue cod is normally beautiful! But this time it was soggy, doughy and wet!! Awful not edible. The waitress could see the fish was not good and then said they didn’t have any more blue cod to replace the meal, she bought me a plate with 6 prawns and a garnish salad instead! When leaving I said that she should have offered a refund the meal was $42 and wasn’t edible. she became very upset and argumentative with me, was very rude! I’ve worked in hospo a long time and how she spoke and treated me was terrible. Also the prawns they replaced my meal with were overcooked and chewy as hell. Won’t be returning. Edit :The servers English was not great so I went and asked everyone at the table if maybe 🤔 misheard her, they said no she didn’t offer a refund, also my mums fish was the same and nothing offered for her meal that wasn’t eaten. I most definitely wasn’t aggressive at all, The server slapped $19 into my hand and asked me to leave review so that’s what I have done. If you think the way she treated me was good hospitality she was literally yelling at me! I never demanded a refund I said before leaving that she should have offered a refund as both meals $84 worth were not edible. If you watched the footage you would...

I don't know what happened but my experience was light years from the other reviews. The bean salad had a smattering of long and broad beans, a few slivers of artichoke and some other bits and pieces that at best was minimal, once you removed the lettuce that was 95% of the $18 bean salad. It bothers me someone in the kitchen thought this was okay to serve. Then we got two small tortillas with a bland dry filling for $21. It certainly had nothing to do with the jalapeno and pineapple salsa it claimed. Thankfully the dumplings were a bit better. To top it off the kids desert wasn't available for our 5 year old even though were some of the first people arriving at 6.30pm. No suggestion of a replacement. I never complain but when the server asked about how we liked our meal I told her "disappointed". One word, but all she could do was smile and couldn't get away fast enough. No-one asked why. Would be one star if it wasn't for the passable dumplings. And the decent Pinot Noir was the only thing we had that wasn't over-priced. No-one likes feeling like are being gouged. I'm not a big guy but this is the first time I left with a decent bill and very hungry. The cheeseboard at Olivers...
