Hell Pizza — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Hell Pizza Titirangi, and I must say that it was an absolutely horrendous experience and the last time I go to them again. I ordered a pizza online, as I have done many times in the past, and selected no to the vegan cheese option. As there was no other option for me to select a different cheese and the price did not change when I unselected the vegan cheese option, I thought that they would use normal cheese. When I arrived the staff member said, “so you wanted no cheese?” I said No, I want cheese on the pizza and began to explain how I had ordered. The manager then came over and started trying to explain that I needed to order normal cheese, when I showed him there was no way to do so and that the price was still that same, he then proceeded to argue with a raised voice. Getting nowhere and tired of being yelled at by the manager I decided to forgo the pizza and left without it - even though I had already paid $30 for it. The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and basic customer service. Attempting to resolve any issues with the manager was an exercise in futility. He was unresponsive, uncooperative, and seemed utterly disinterested in rectifying the problems they had caused, offering no solution or workaround. It was clear that customer satisfaction was an afterthought for Hells Pizza Titirangi, and they were more than willing to dismiss any complaints or concerns raised by dissatisfied long serving customers by arguing and shouting over the top of me. Hells Pizza Titirangi will probably respond trying to defend their position but that does not change the fact that the manager was rude, would not listen, and continued to cut me off by yelling over the top of me. It also doesn’t change the fact the price does not change and there is no notification to say you are ordering a pizza with no cheese - something I will be raising with the Commerce Commission as a deceptive...

Usually have a great experience with Hells Titirangi, however the camembert bites were completely cold and the creator salad I ordered was pretty atrocious, the avocado which I ended up paying more for was not edible and completely rock hard and not ripe - as for the rest of the salad looked like it had been thrown together lazily and half the contents were soggy and gross, it’s very unlike me to leave a bad review however i spent almost 25$ for both items and expected them to be better than what I received. I was a frequent customer of the titirangi store until 2 nights ago. I am appalled at the dishonesty with delivery staff, which falls on the Manager in my view mostly, they have twice tried to undercut my change when paying cash even after I gave them a heads up to bring $XX amount with them. They also try houdini you when giving you change to make you believe you got the right amount and pretend to be dumb at math. Absolutely shocking, disappointed and definitely WILL NOT BE BACK.
