My first impression of this restaurant was extremely poor! We were exploring and walking on the street as tourists. Then found this restaurant. It was around 5 PM, and there weren't many customers inside. We waited in the waiting area for a welcoming server but were left waiting. Eventually, a waiter approached with unsteady steps. After checking our party size and reservation, he walked over to the counter, turned his back to us, and stood there for a while. I'm not sure what he was doing, but he then went to the dining area, which had plenty of empty tables, and walked around aimlessly. At that point, I was ready to leave, feeling bewildered, but my companion convinced me to wait. When he finally circled back to us, he said, "We're fully booked, but you can dine if you finish in an hour." I left eventually. I don’t have confident in the service quality if stay. Does checking reservations require wandering around the counter and tables, and leaving us hanging? Is it necessary to inform us that we only have an hour by pacing around empty tables? There was never a hint of feeling welcome from beginning to end. It felt like he didn't want to be there or wanted us to dine elsewhere. At one point, I even wondered if he had taken some strange substance to behave like that.
