My father and I arrived approximately 10min after it had been open, but the front desk was unattended. We waited for a few minutes before seating ourselves. After a few more minutes, staff finally noticed us but did not greet us.
Later, while I briefly stepped away to use the restroom, I returned to find the owner rudely shouting at my father, who has a hearing impairment. The owner was inpatient and incredibly disrespectful. When I explained father repeating the same question is due to his hearing impairment. The owner said nothing, did not apologize, and simply walked away.
Our family has been loyal customers due to the convenient location and delicious food. However, when I told mother about this, she revealed that such behavior is common here. The owner get into physical fights with customers and heard arguments happen frequently. They always treated customers poorly, show no respect or care.
This review is to warn other innocent people, especially those with disabilities, to avoid such distressing encounters.

The man boss serving was very rude, and implied that they have no time to cater for vegans/vegetariansā¦and he was too busy serving from his trolley to take an order. The lady boss was just as bad pretending she did not understand Englishā¦and after we got a friend to translate the order, the food did not come out for 45 minute. We had to chase up a couple of times, and she had the gall to argue that⦠āyou NOT been waiting 40 minutes, it only 30 minutesā¦food come soon!ā
If you are not vegan/vegetarian, come and try this place, but just take from the trolley whatever comes aroundā¦the food is so slow and variety is so lacking that Iām surprise they get any repeat business. Do not expect service, let alone good serviceā¦we had to chase them for a refill of our tea pots, and if your table is not strategically placed, you will get no food by the time the trolley comes around.

The teen was busy calling us all the names under the sun while the owners did nothing to stop him but threaten us that they are going to call the police.
