My wife and I happened to be in the area around lunch time and decided to see what was nearby for lunch. My wife found Timmur Nepali Cuisine and we were very keen to try it, both of us enjoy Nepalese Cuisine, and the restaurant having great reviews on Google.
For a starter we tried the Chow Chow Sadako - street food snack; dry fried noodles mixed with fresh onions, tomato, coriander, I think potato pieces and spices. It was really tasty and also refreshing at the same time.
For our main we tried the Aloo Bodi Tama, which is a vegetable Nepalese Curry incorporating pickled bamboo shoots and black eyed peas. Was a really delicious and different taste combination.
The Garlic Naan was light and nice amount of crispness on the base.
My wife had a Mango Lassi, which was very nice, not too sweet and nice amount of cardamom amongst other spices. I had a Masala Chai and the serving staff asked how much sugar, if any, I would like. I took at little sugar and was really nice. We appreciated that the serving staff asked about sweetness level... An indication of how much effort the team are putting in to enjoy customer satisfaction.
We learned that the restaurant has only opened in the last week; we feel very lucky to have found such a lovely place. Special mention and thanks should be given to the serving staff, sorry we didn't ask you for your name, but we felt very welcome and the appreciated all of your efforts to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our meals. Warm and attentive staff and great kitchen effort.
We will be back, bringing our friends to introduce them to this...

I had an incredible dining experience at Timmur. We have been there plenty of times and it never fails to impress us . From the moment I walked in, the staff made my family feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The host seated us promptly, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a smile. The owner specifically was visiting each table which was great to see. The owner took the order for our table and made great recommendations and ensured our drinks and food were on time without us having to ask.
The food was just as impressive! (Especially momos, goat curry and garlic naan OMG THE BEST). Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavours which was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were just right.
