A very run down racecourse, I like how it still has all its own original buildings most probably from my Grandfathers Grandfathers dads uncles years. ?
It is also used every Sunday for flea markets. Which can be a bit of hit and miss on some Sundays.
When the Markets are good they have a huge range and variety of alsorts from food to clothing to house hold to everything in between and more and theres usually something for everyone.
You get to see a mix of weird and wonderful things, at times including people. This is what makes the visit more memorable.
When the markets are not that good is usually because of weather not being suitable or due to some public holidays.
You have to try most things at least once just to say "Yes, I have been there and I have done that" and then share your experiences...

This track, it appears, would rate highly amongst owners, trainers and jockeys yet most of the meetings they are granted are mid-week days when the majority of punters are working ! Not rocket science to see that makes it hard to turn a profit. How about a few more weekend races being granted to this venue and a few more meetings overall...
