Indigo is the restaurant where I love to come again and again with my family. The food here has the real taste of India. Everything feels fresh, pure, and full of flavour. We have tried many dishes on the menu, and every single one has been very tasty.
If you want a different experience, something beyond the usual frozen sauce mixed with a few vegetables or paneer, then you must come here. The food at Indigo really gives you the true taste of India.
The dishes you must try are their pani puri, pav bhaji, and their paan. The pani puri is on another level, the pav bhaji is so delicious and filling, and the paan is the best way to end the meal.
The customer service is also very good. All the staff are humble, kind, and welcoming. I noticed some people wrote in other reviews that the staff were rude or not smiling, but I feel this is not fair. When you work in a busy place, you cannot smile at every single person while also managing many orders. From my visits, I can say that the staff are very nice, including the people who work in the kitchen and come outside to serve.
I truly recommend Indigo if you want to enjoy the real taste of India with...
Read moreI had worst experience dealing with them when I booked them for my son's birthday party, I went there and was waiting for long as he said he would serve other client and give his 100%time after that, even after serving that client he was rushing us through as said other client was from Hamilton and we need to decide fast! Due to Omicron, our guest number reduced but he was quite annoyed to reduce the number for the Chaat. Inspite of informing and adding kids number to the total number at the top, he said he didn't add them during the total (picture shared for reference) and wasn't happy to get even a tikki for kids. Eventually he brought Tikki, I think his conceince would have awaken at the end! But was quite stressful to deal with. Turned up late at party, very unprofessional, as rest all vendors were 10 minutes early at the venue! Would neither recommend anyone or deal with them...
Read moreI recently visited with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell short.
The ambiance of the place was quite cozy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, when it came to the food, things didn’t live up to expectations.
I ordered their chef's special egg curry, which I had heard rave reviews about. While the curry had a decent flavor, it was a bit too salty for my taste. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery, which was disappointing. I also found that the portion size was smaller than what I anticipated for the price.
Overall, while I appreciated the effort, I think there’s room for improvement in the cooking techniques and seasoning. I might consider giving it another try in the future, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my...
