I think the food here is done by an extraordinary chef. Unfortunately, I think the ingredients are of low quality. I think they are trying to save money on the ingredients, so they buy cheaper food. The chorizo appetizer was the biggest example. It was just pepperoni and not tasty at all. The meatballs were super tasty but very dry and low quality. But the food taste great except I know It could be done better with better ingredients, the atmosphere is comfortable inside and outside. outside is a bit crowded and people are watching you, but that doesn’t bother me. A small taste of Spain in Nicaragua. Recently dined at El Meson during our stay in Managua. During our visit there was live music outside, so we decided to sit outside wich added to the experience. Jose our service was amazing! Service was top notch, he was very attentive, always making sure our sangria glass was topped off. We ordered a sampler and el Entrecot to share. More than plenty of food for two. Steak was very tender and tasty....

Espero este comentario sirva para que respeten al cliente cuando se hace una reservación en su restaurante. El día 13 de Febrero hablé con el Sr. Jimmy que atendió mi llamada para hacerle una reservación para el día de los enamorados (4 personas a las 8:00 pm) resulta que el mismo día de los enamorados y porque yo llamé para dejarles saber que quería mi mesa en la parte de afuera y no en el salón , gracias a mi llamada, me entero que mi reservación que la había hecho con más de 24 horas de anticipación, recibieron instrucciones de Gerencia y que ya no tenía nada reservado a mi nombre, al principio creí que era una broma, pedí inmediatamente hablar con el “ supervisor “ que olvide su nombre de tanto enojo que tenía, y campante mente me dice: no podemos hacer nada. Yo le dije que dejé de reservar en otros restaurantes por confiar en la seriedad del negocio, no entiendo porque aceptan reservaciones y luego se burlan de los clientes, de parte del restaurante me hubiera presentando ahí a las 8pm con mis amigos y ni mesa tenía. Lamentablemente es el PEOR RESTAURANTE EN ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE DE NICARAGUA. Nunca más los...
