The Loft Ikoyi — Restaurant in Lagos Island

Owners, I can give you 1 star for ambience. The rest we leave to God. If you’re willing to spend so much to make that place beautiful, please, please , please invest in training your staff in the etiquette of common sense.

My review As a sports bar, they may work. As a restaurant they shouldn’t bother.

We had a clueless waitress who could never remembered the orders. We eventually had to beg her to write down our orders (which she didn’t, till date, I still think about this)

She did not pay any attention to anything and eventually we complained to the manager about the waitress and all she did was blame the waitress. There was no improvement after the blame game.

This is not an exaggeration our food arrived after two hours. How do we know this? when we first arrived by 2, we placed our initial orders , our friend came by 3 and she ordered food. Her food came an hour later alongside one of food orders from 2pm because somehow, waitress had once again forgotten to place the order.

When the food came, I ate in a hurry because I was now conscious of the time with it now being past 4pm. If I had known that the wait times would have been so long, I would have watched a YouTube video to take up...

The sight of its environment viewed from the car window on my way to work enroute falomo Bridge stired up my interest to visit. It's a very beautiful place but I was not so impressed about a lot of things. I went with my colleagues, it was empty and dry when we got in, but the music came up shortly afterwards the menu is not interesting 😐😑and took almost 45mins to be served the waitresses seemed to not have a good knowledge of the job, the lady that served us was judgemental with the way she looked at us when one of us decided to just drink water. We almost decided to move to another longe but just decided to stay the evening since we were already there.
