Despite all the newsletters encouraging customers to order online, your service is consistently unreliable. Today, I went further by calling customer support multiple times. Blessing, the representative, gave nonchalant responses and zero assistance. I was told my order was confirmed and would arrive within 45 minutes to an hour. Hours later, still nothing. She had no idea about my order or its details and couldn’t provide any useful help.
