If it was possible to give a 'zero star', I would. Villa Wahala as we call it, is placed in a residential area not a commercial area as stated, with no parking for its patrons. To say that the residents are in torment is an understatement. We have been held hostage on numerous occasions by the insensitive and indifferent management. Last night, the measured decibel level was approximately 90db. 45db is the legal maximum limit. Coupled with this, a firework display started at 3:30am, on the street.
