Domino's Pizza Ajao — Restaurant in Lagos State

Their service was poor. As we wanted to order for a large size, the lady taking our orders tried to get us to buy the chairman size. Lying that the large size pizza wasn’t available. This was my first time hear this, we insisted we couldn’t finish the chairman size as we were only two. It went for a while until she finally agreed with a smile and took our order for the large size. There was no smoked sausage so we had to take our order without that and the prize was like 14k. When the pizza came out it was thin crust, we didn’t request for that. We don’t finish a large box at a go but this was gobbled up in minutes cus it was so thin. It was frustrating to see how low their services had become. It was not a pleasant experience.

The coldstone cup prices is just a strategy to get people to buy the biggest size. The smallest cup is now 6300, the middle size is 6800 and the biggest is 7700. Like?? There is too much difference in the sizes for it not to reflect in the prices. We just had to go for the biggest cus it was the most sensible. They didn’t have all the great flavors they used to. And we had to pay for waffles and toppings which used to come with it. Total of 9900.

I know the economy of the country is in a tight spot but I feel they just compromised too much on customer satisfaction and service delivery.

I was first caught by the fact that there is a small sitting area on an open space. As usual they have al the pizza variety that you would expected from a Domino’s franchise. I love the pepperoni myself. I also love the cheese bread which is served as a side order plus the grilled chicken. I din’t get to buy ice cream so you might check if they have that.

When I went, I experienced a Sloppy service, I was disappointed but they found a way to compensate, I got extra cheese bread which made me ☆Happy☆ I mean, who wouldn’t have been. I totally loved the cold stone ice cream from Dominos. It’s a winner any day! The pizzas are great, I am told. I am not a fan of pizza at all.

The place was quite busy today because it’s children’s day, air conditioning wasn’t adequate but the environment was cool.

Seating and dinning in, is kind of limited as the stools were few. Maybe to discourage people from eating in, I wouldn’t know.

Parking space is well managed by the security guards outside. When parking and leaving, do well to follow the directions of the guards as a T- Junction is just by the corner. Looking forward to my...
