Heavens Cafe chinese restaurant — Restaurant in Maitama

Food Was just ok. But wouldn't go back there. Service was horrible. Ordered 2 portions of rice and 1 plate of soup the brought 1 plate of soup and 1 plate of rice, 1 fork, 1 spoon. When I asked for the second plate of rice, I was told that what they brought was 2 portions and we should share it. I had to ask for plates to share our meal. The Chapman they brought was bitter and when we complained, they took it away and didnt bring it back. We had to share a 35cl coke. When we wanted to leave, we told the POS wasnt working, had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay. They were even contemplating to charge us for the Chapman they took away, which was by the way just sitting there on the counter. Not recommended except you plan to just...

Ambience is good. Food even more amazing. Though it took awhile for the main course to come out. Everything I ordered was delicious and I was filled up on just main course dish that I shared with my husband who also ordered a main course dish of his own. I was the only one who ordered a starter and a side dish for my main and that too was delicious. The starter too took awhile also but not as long as the mains. All in all a great experience, customer service was great too. Definitely going back again and will try out how their home delivery works....

This Chinese restaurant gave me the best eating experience I have ever recieved from any restaurant. Their setting is so Chinese-like, their Structure reminds you of Chinese movies, they are very much organised and their food is amazing. I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the restaurant and i most definitely enjoyed my meal. This restaurant is definitely worth their luxurious price to the point that I got to accept that this restaurant takes you on a trip to China...
