So my colleagues where having Fufu with fisherman soup and seeing as it’s been a long time since I had it I decided to order through Niger Delta’s delivery service.

I was told, when I called that they had no dispatch riders. As I was still at the office and delivery was home I didn’t mind the wait and still ordered.

On my way home I called to ask if any of the dispatch rider had returned I was told no and proceeded to ask if I could come pick up. I was told I would have to make a fresh order at the food counter when I got there. When I asked if that was the only option and if the food that was to be packaged for the dispatcher could still be given to me the lady on the other end hung up on me.

On top the money I have worked hard for to spend at their establishment, I left it and went home. Hunger never killed a man, in fact it helps him loose weight, which is good for the body. Being courteous when delivering a service is a must but some Nigerian service businesses believe they are doing us a favor and behave badly on top someone’s hard...

Right as you enter you will be welcomed by the aroma,and I must say their dishes are delicious and everyone loves going there to eat, it's not hard to tell by the large crowd inside the restaurant. Even if you have a large appetite they got you covered because they serve in large portions they know how we roll. They also do home services and delivery,you just call,place your orders and in less than 20 minutes depending on traffic and location it will be delivered.You could go there for breakfast,lunch and dinner as they open as early as 8am and close later than 9pm. You could go there for a family hang or even with your friends. Their prices are moderate with servings starting from N1,500 to N2,000 or more depending on your orders. Excellent food, rude manager. We paid with ATM and the money was deducted from account. The manager tried to get us to pay twice despite seeing the alert proving money had been deducted. We offered to drop our identity cards, should they have issues with the transaction. He refused. He specifically said he didn't care to know who we are and started asking why we didn't want to pay for our food. The fact the manager thinks people who patronize them are criminals made us feel bad. If he is honest, he will mark it that there was an issue with payment while waiting for the fate of the transaction. We strongly believe he did all that because we were all females.
