I really enjoyed their food all the times I’ve been here but the staff? Don’t even get me started. Firstly, I was billed and paid for something that I didn’t order and had to take it because they don’t offer refunds. How is that my problem? You made the mistake and now I have to bear the cost? How lovely! Secondly on one of my visits, I made a semi bulk order and noticed that one of the items I paid for wasn’t included and so I went back to get it. While I was there, I decided to order something else and guess what? She forgot to include the new item I ordered lol. At that point I was just tired and didn’t bother going back. Thirdly, the staff have this annoying habit of focusing on packing leftovers for themselves instead of attending to customers. This doesn’t reflect well on the business and it’s management (I’ve met the manager and she’s such a nice lady) especially when customers can see you bickering about the leftovers while waiting to be served. The jury is still out on whether I’ll ever be returning to this restaurant. This is probably the longest review I’ve...

The meat was a bit too hard for me, I enjoyed the rice is wasn’t too salty or bland. Pricing: Then I ordered for two cupcakes from saffron cafe, I asked for the price and upon payment she suddenly said the price had changed to an extra N200. Be careful with this place and pricing, they aren’t honest with prices. Aesthetic: Lovely design in both the saffron cafe and the food portion, I particularly prefer the saffron cafe design. Hygiene/Cleanliness: Both places seemed clean and all items were properly organized. My only issue was the lack of wearing of face masks by employees. If all employees have not been vaccinated, then wearing of face masks should be made mandatory to help stop the spread of the deadly COVID-19 disease.
Additional(s): Overall experience was average and I don’t think the food is exceptional, it’s just okay, but I was pleased with service...
