My girlfriend and I decided to go on a date yesterday, and we chose Bambua for several reasons. 1. We were on a budget, 2 location and Proximity, 3. Ambiance. I was not disappointed that I choose to go here, because the wait staff was nice, and polite. Those two word were use for separate reasons. He was nice enough to offer to take us pictures, and polite enough to walk us through the restaurant’s policy in a way that makes you want to put yourself in the managements shoes. Victor also walked us through the food option to go for when he realized we were on a budget and our initial option would not give us access for pictures as per managements policy. The food was a 10/10 we had their Combo pack and I’ve forgotten what it goes by on the menu, but it comes with a burger, shawarma, chicken wings and a milkshake. They were all delicious the shawarma was meaty and creamy. And the Burger was juicy and tender. The milkshakes taste like heaven. It’s the next best thing from Ice Cream. And the wings were great. How does it make sense that I started a conversation to place an order while driving to the location. On getting there I asked for the chop up option, I was told it was not available. Meanwhile the WhatsApp correspondent has already told me the price it was left for me to process my payment, so I mention to the waiter that I’ll just proceed with the online process(this was the second time this has happened) Going back to my WhatsApp conversation and the agent proceeds to add a VAT and service charge from the initial price, and I asked why there’s an extra charge and he/she goes, because I’m currently at the location.
