Krispy Kreme Doughnuts & Coffee, Novare Central Mall, Wuse — Restaurant in Wuse

SCAMMERS, I bought donuts worth 30k and made payment with their POS which printed a receipt with “invalid response” even though I was debited. I made a transfer for the same amount since the POS wasn’t working. Which means I made double payment.

I called my bank to report the failed transaction just to be told it was a successful payment, my bank emailed me the payment journal to take it back to Krispy Kreme since the money was with them (they admitted to this) so that they can refund me. Krispy Kreme told me to tell my bank to raise a charge back and my bank raised it and Krispy Kreme declined again.

My bank representative spoke to Krispy Kreme’s representative telling them they can’t do anything since the transactions was successful, it is up to Krispy Kreme to refund me my money and they’ve refused to do so and it is been over 2 months on this matter. Bringing up several excuses not to refund my money.

They finally agreed to refund me but I’ve to provide them with successful transaction receipt (who keeps successful receipts for that long and if it is about that don’t they’ve their own receipts? Why not check that?) I sent them my account statement showing them both transactions, which also shows in their own account statement.

To cut it short Krispy Kreme stole my 30,100 Naira. Refused to refund my money even after all the back and forth they made me go through, extremely...

Hmmmmm..........I think it's best for you to just try it. Cause are words even enough to explain how good this doughnuts are They melt in your mouth yes I know its made from flour and it can't exactly melt in your mouth but its soooooo good, I could easily eat a dozen It's very light, feels like it's melting in your mouth, soft, not too doughy, bit of a crunch on the outside soft on the inside, best eaten an hour within purchase because you won't enjoy it as much if it gets cold or you microwave it and all that. Just buy it ,get home or wherever soon as you can,grab a cup of tea ,a good book or a good movie and enjoy. Nahhhhhhh this is the best doughnut place in Abuja...

Best Krispie Kreme I've been to since I was a child in America! This place is not only clean but creatively trendy and great for taking pictures! There's a window where you can park into the donuts being produced, seating that looks like you're in a donut box, and the walls are decorated with donut and coffee related text.

Sometimes there's a line, sometimes there's not. Some of the staff are not very knowledgeable in the drinks...
