I’ve always loved this place and have been a loyal customer, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience recently. We were charged extra for takeaway items without any clear explanation, and the bill included a charge labeled “coffee” – even though we only ordered a few sweets to take home.

We went there at 3pm and the place was packed with people drinking coffee, we found one free table and took it.
