Vino bar Bure — Restaurant in Municipality of Bitola

I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the food was quite okay, the overall experience was severely marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff and several other issues.

Firstly, the mojito I ordered was amateurishly made, lacking the finesse you’d expect from a professional establishment. Furthermore, many items listed on the menu were unavailable, which was disappointing.

The real issue was with our waiter, who was visibly drunk. He was rude, initially forgot our order, and spent most of his time drinking beers and smoking cigarettes with his buddies at a table next to us. He was so intoxicated that he struggled to even pick up his cigarette from the pavement, which was quite embarrassing to witness.

To make matters worse, he completely ignored us when we had finished our meal. Instead of attending to our needs, he sat down with another friend at a different table to have yet another cigarette and beer.

Additionally, the restaurant does not have a separate drink menu; it is only accessible via a QR code, which can be inconvenient for some patrons.

Given these issues, I can only give this restaurant a two-star rating. The unprofessional and embarrassing conduct of the staff, along with the absent menu items and inconvenient drink menu access, significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant...

i really wanted to like this place, and there are some good things about it, but there are also a lot of things that need serious improvement.

First off, the staff were kind and friendly, which I appreciate. And I actually like the overall style and vibe they’re going for. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The food was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The problem is how long it took to come out. We waited way too long, and when it finally arrived, we were given dirty forks, spoons, and knives. Not just smudged, dirty. That’s honestly not acceptable in any restaurant.

The bathroom was just as bad. Dirty and clearly not checked or cleaned regularly. And what really bothered me was that the staff didn’t even try to hide it. No one seemed concerned about the state of the place, which makes you wonder how things are behind the scenes.

Good food and great prices, but the waiters have trouble remembering the orders and keep coming back to double check them. This could be avoided if they wrote down what customers ordered rather than trying to memorize everything ordered at once by a large group. I was also disappointed that we didn't get a printed menu, but rather a QR code to scan. The code works but online menus are unpleasant to read and their online menu is incomplete - it doesn't include desserts, even though they have them. They had a dessert menu beneath the glass pane of our table, but it turned out that they don't have half of those desserts. Instead, they have other ones, which are neither on the menu beneath the glass nor on their website. That aside, the biggest issue was the loud music - halfway through our meal, a band started playing drums at an intolerably noisy level. That's not music, that's sound pollution. Thankfully it lasted a short while before they resumed with pleasant music at a normal volume, without any violent banging...
