They claim to be the busiest restaurant in the region, and as a local I've certainly visited on many occasions. Their food and service is generally okay, typical of what you'd expect from an "Italian" place in small-town Scandinavia. My favourite is the kebab platter, and normally I'd give this place four stars. However, on one visit, someone in my party found several pieces of minced meat on their vegetarian pizza. You'd expect a restaurant to be very apologetic of this, but their repeated response was "does it really matter", and they only begrudgingly corrected the error, with no offer of compensation. Very disappointing last night in Narvik. The food was more reminiscent of 80's home cooking than 2020+ restaurant quisine. To make matters worse at first only one of three got everything he ordered, one got just his main course and one only got the side dish. We thought the rest would be served shortly but after a while we asked and the rest had been forgotten. So two persons had finished their meals before the third got his. Me and my wife went here twice during our stay in Narvik. I had pizza both times and she had the hamburger the first time and pizza the second. Hamburger was so-so but the pizzas were great. Prices are Norwegian, i.e. a bit high, pizza and coke for two were 350 NOK. Service was good but nothing special as was the place.
