Kafe Arkadia has a convenient location right by the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History and offers plenty of seating, making it an easy spot to stop by. The service was on the slow side but attentive once we were helped. The coffee was excellent, but the food didn’t quite deliver. The cinnamon bun was dry, the trout sandwich had far too much bread and very little trout, and the sausage dish looked like a hotdog in the menu picture but was served in a tiny tortilla. They don't have a menu, you just have to look at the food behind the glass when you get to the front of the line. Not much English on the info about the food. The sandwiches and salads were expensive so we got a ham and cheese bagel, bread with brown cheese and a waffle with brown cheese and jam.
