Vesuvio Pizzeria (Bjerregaardsgate) — Restaurant in Oslo

Vesuvio cafe and pizza have this feeling of beeing on vacation, good quality of Italian pizza that are not drenched in fat. And interesting combos. It's pretty cosy but some people might think that the interior feels cold and empty.

I think it will really shine in the summer when you can sit outside, even tho it's nothing interesting going on outside so it's not a good place for people watching.

All and all I do recommend this place if you want some quality pizza and want to have the Italian...

If you would like to have a little experience of authentic napoletana pizza I cannot recommend a better place on the city of Oslo who can does it better than this place.

Prices are also "little" in comparison with other authentic pizza places in Oslo.

The owner was very welcoming and offered all required support I needed to make my pizza selections along with preferred drinks.

We ordered 2 pizzas which were good but could have been longer baked… mine Tartuffo was supposed to be with truffle oil but didn’t taste any of it. Dough was nicely raised Napolitan style. Had a tiramisu to share. Was good but at 115kr it could have been served on a plate instead of a plastic box..
