As others have said, a really unexpected place, located in the main tourist shop centre. It's opposite the Stationen, a much larger place, and both are worth a look for different reasons, but we chose here and it was very good. Local Svalbard beers on tap (as they are in pretty much every bar in town!), plus some guest cans in the fridge. Great decor of mining and even a mining truck full of coal as a table! The collection of spirits is amazing, it must be said, with huge lists of whisky, rum, akavit and pretty much anything else on offer. It also seemed to be full of locals, which is a really good thing to see. Liked it here, I'd definitely put it to the top of the list of bars...
