Burger King — Restaurant in Trondheim

This is one of those restaurants where you order via a computer screen so you can endlessly personalize your order. And if you are one of those "coneseurs" of Burger King burgers, this restaurant actually cooks an above average burger: juice, fresh and they always put just the right amount of chillies and chilli mayo to get the perfect burger.

Plus points: they called the manager one late evening last year when all the fast chargers were out and they got permission to take out an extension cord and help me charge my Leaf so I could limp to the next fast charger...

We got a wrong order, and asked to get the order right. A guy who worked there (with glasses😅) was helping us out straight away, was always smiling and constantly nice & kind. He replaced our order, while a woman (manager?) talked to us in a stressful and rude way, not a nice service at all. Her behavior was not customer friendly. Overall it was a nice experience, because of that one guy, but she ruined the overall atmosphere. Just wanted to mention, that he did a really good job and he stayed friendly all the time + he was at no time stressed/rude,...

Terrible place where they can't handle simple orders. They have multiple times given me the wrong order, dropped my food, and then "forgot" to add a new one.. They've charged more and given us less. The last straw was when the app wasn't working, we asked the cashier what to do, and she said, "Just order normally"(while shaking her head)... Great place to feed your anger but not...
